Jobot is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead a high-quality ABA center in Georgia. You will oversee clinical and operational performance, manage BCBAs and RBTs, and ensure treatment plans meet best practices to drive meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum of 3+ years of BCBA experience in a center-based setting.
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to step into a leadership role.
• Strong clinical foundation across skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Passion for mentorship, team development, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the clinical and operational performance of a center.
• Manage and develop a team of BCBAs and RBTs.
• Ensure treatment plans meet best-practice standards and drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support long-term progress.
• Coach and mentor clinicians to elevate performance and quality.
