Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead and grow a high-quality center in Stockbridge, GA. You will oversee clinical and operational performance, mentor BCBAs and RBTs, and ensure treatment plans meet best-practice standards.

This onsite, Monday–Friday role offers a stable schedule, a strong leadership framework, low billables, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with a salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with center-based experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of BCBA experience in a center-based setting.
• Leadership experience or readiness to lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical and operational performance of the center.
• Manage and develop a team of BCBAs and RBTs.

What We’re Looking For
