Job summary

Arizona Autism is opening a brand-new Arrowhead location and seeks a BCBA leader to guide the clinical team, elevate quality of care, and shape a positive culture without bearing a heavy caseload. You will help recruit and mentor staff while building strong relationships with families.

This role offers scheduling flexibility, autonomy in clinical decisions, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and a chance to grow with a growing practice committed to exceptional pediatric therapy.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and Arizona licensure or ability to obtain.
• Ability to lead a clinical team and reduce caseload burden through mentorship.
• Willingness to help build a new clinic location and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team and elevate quality of care at the Arrowhead location.
• Mentor staff, optimize scheduling, and maintain a positive, team-first culture.
• Support growth of the new center and improve outcomes for children and families.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $120,000-$130,000
