Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• BSN or higher degree required.
• Current TX Registered Nurse license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop ambulatory surgical center clinical departments including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, scheduling and supervision.
• Implement staff development programs and quality assurance.
• Monitor service program budgets and communicate with the management team.
• Plan strategies to manage program growth and ensure business sustainability.
