Qualifications

• Current TX RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum five years in ambulatory surgery/OR settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the ambulatory surgical center’s clinical departments, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, scheduling and supervision.
• Implement staff development programs and quality assurance initiatives; monitor service program budgets.
• Collaborate with other management and communicate effectively across levels of the organization.
• Plan strategies to manage program growth and ensure business sustainability.
