Spectrum Health Systems is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the New England Recovery Center in Westborough, MA. The role focuses on supervising clinical services, ensuring alignment with program design, and delivering outcomes that reduce relapse.

You will lead clinicians, promote high-quality care, and engage clients and their families in treatment. The position requires a Master's in social work or related field and LICSW/LMHC licenses with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field required.
• LICSW, LMHC, or closely related license/certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in counseling required.
• Minimum of two years in a substance abuse or mental health program required.
• Experience with DPH licensing requirements or similar licensing entities.
• Demonstrates independent judgment to resolve problems and emergencies.
• Ability to express self in written and oral communication within a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the implementation and delivery of clinical services.
• Ensuring treatment services align with Spectrum's clinical design and outcomes.
• Fostering customer service and excellence in service delivery.
• Personalizing services and engaging clients' families or significant others.
