Avenues Recovery Center in Lake Ariel, PA is seeking a Clinical Director for our Detox and Residential treatment facility. You will provide daily clinical leadership and supervision, ensuring the clinical program roadmap is followed and quality care is delivered.

The role oversees a skilled treatment team, supports professional development, maintains patient engagement, and ensures thorough documentation in collaboration with Utilization Review. A master's degree and PA licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in a related field preferred.
• 5 years of supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure to practice as Clinical Director in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function.
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap.
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere.
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary.
