Job summary
Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking a Fort Wayne Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership, oversight, and high-quality ABA services. You will mentor clinicians, monitor program quality, and collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional client outcomes while maintaining a manageable caseload and strong staff support.
The role reports to the Director of Programs and Operations and offers a full-time schedule with merit-based increases and bonus opportunities.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Indiana.
- Experience providing ABA services.
- Strong supervisory/leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and support to BCBAs and clinical team members.
- Monitor quality of programming and ensure alignment with clinical standards.
- Lead mentorship and professional development for clinicians.
- Support case consultations and complex decision-making as needed.
- Collaborate with operations to meet clinic goals and ensure service delivery.
