Qualifications

• OR-RN experience required.
• Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience within an Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• Active RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical expertise in perioperative services and outpatient surgical operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams in a fast-paced ASC setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and exceptional care.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management; computer proficiency and working knowledge of ASC operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for nursing care across all clinical areas.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and administrative leadership to optimize patient care and service delivery.

• Lead and support Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) efforts.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
• Support staff growth through mentorship, coaching, and ongoing education.
• Monitor operational efficiency and contribute to sound fiscal management practices.
