Key Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight & Leadership

• Oversee development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and monitor clinical outcomes through data review.
• Provide in-home and in-center supervision, mentorship, and training for BCBAs, RBTs, BCBA-pursuant supervisees

Family & Community Collaboration

• Act as the primary clinical contact for families, maintaining clear, supportive communication.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to deliver structured parent training.
• Coordinate care with schools, physicians, and community partners.

Operational Strategy

• Align staff caseloads and schedules to meet client needs and ensure clinical balance.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and professional development for clinical team members.
• Work closely with administrative and operations teams to streamline systems and workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland, or ability to obtain licensure.
• 5+ years of experience as a practicing BCBA in in-home and in-center settings.
• Proven experience with early intervention (ages 2–6).
• Leadership experience, including coaching and capacity building for clinical teams.
• Comfortable balancing direct clinical responsibilities with team oversight and supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to complete upon hire).
• Familiarity with CentralReach and experience streamlining CR workflows.
