Job summary

Innovativ Pharma Inc in Lakeland, FL is seeking an experienced ABA program leader to oversee a center-based clinical team. You will manage 20+ BCBAs and RBTs, plan and adapt therapy for children aged 2–6, and provide ongoing supervision to staff while maintaining high clinical standards.

You will build strong partnerships with families, lead staff interviews and monthly meetings, ensure quality across learners, and coordinate administrative support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Active BACB certification required.
• Experience in clinical/center-based settings preferred.
• Experience with ABA data collection and supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 20+ BCBAs and RBTs
• Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to the clinical team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
• Forge strong partnerships with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching and support throughout their journey
• Lead staff interview process
• Lead monthly all team meeting, reviewing center and clinical needs
• Ensure clinical quality across all learners and staff

Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• Actively registered as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience in clinical/center based setting highly valued
• Additional experience in the ABA community highly valued
