Ctrlcare Behavioral Health in Kenosha, WI is seeking a senior leadership role to oversee clinical operations, supervision, and program development. You will ensure evidence-based practice, regulatory compliance, and high-quality client care across treatment programs and modalities.
Responsibilities include supervising therapists and case managers, guiding risk management, and coordinating across medical and administrative teams to optimize outcomes.
Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment programs and therapeutic modalities.
Ensure clinical services align with evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements.
Oversee client care plans, ensuring they are comprehensive, individualized, and regularly updated.
Supervise clinical staff (therapists, counselors, case managers, etc.).
Provide clinical supervision hours for licensure (if applicable).
Conduct performance evaluations and support ongoing staff training and development.
Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and licensing standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CARF).
Oversee clinical documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Participate in case reviews and high-risk case consultations.
Develop and monitor protocols for client safety, including suicide risk, relapse, and crisis intervention.
Evaluate program effectiveness through data and outcomes.
Implement continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives.
Identify gaps in services and propose improvements or new initiatives.
Work closely with medical directors, psychiatrists, nursing staff, and administrative teams.
Foster communication between departments to ensure integrated care.
Represent the facility in professional or community meetings.
Liaise with referral sources, families, legal entities, and outside providers.
Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
Licensure (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or psychologist).
Experience in supervisory or leadership roles in behavioral health.
Familiarity with residential treatment operations.
