Your Role as Clinical Director

• Lead and oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations
• Provide high‑quality outpatient physical therapy care
• Set and maintain clinical excellence and best practices
• Mentor, develop, and support clinicians and staff
• Collaborate with ownership on clinic growth and performance
• Drive patient experience, outcomes, and clinic culture
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and compliance
• Participate in strategic planning and clinic development initiatives
