Job summary

United & Empowered Care Inc. in Hampton, VA is seeking a Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership to the therapy team, supervise clinicians, ensure quality care, and support client outcomes in a growing pediatric outpatient setting.

You will help develop policies, oversee documentation and treatment planning, aid recruitment, onboarding, and collaborate with administrative leadership on staffing and clinic growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a clinical, healthcare, behavioral health, rehabilitation, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
• Minimum of two years of leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day guidance to the multidisciplinary therapy team.
• Supervise, mentor, and support clinicians while promoting accountability and professional growth.
• Monitor clinical quality, documentation, treatment planning, outcomes, and client satisfaction.

• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, orientation, and retention of qualified clinical professionals.
• Ensure services meet payer requirements, professional standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Promote effective communication among clinicians, families, referral sources, and organizational leadership.

This is a full-time or part-time position. The Clinical Director is not a contract role. Compensation is $77,000-$95,000 annually, based on qualifications, experience, schedule, and organizational needs.
