Clinical Director – Leadership Opportunity

The Autism Center of Excellence is looking for a Clinical Director to lead our Fayetteville, NC clinic. This is a leadership-focused BCBA role for someone ready to step into, or continue in, a Clinical Director position with real influence on team development and quality of care.

You’ll oversee clinical operations, support a team of BCBAs and RBTs, and ensure high-quality, ethical ABA services, with strong clinical and executive support behind you.

Compensation

• Pay: $115,000 – $130,000 per year (base + bonus)
• Sign-on Bonus
• Performance-based bonuses tied to clinic growth and service goals

Requirements
