A bit about us:
We are a growing provider of center-based autism services focused on creating an environment where children, families, and clinicians can thrive.
Our model is built around high-quality clinical care, strong team support, and investing in the people delivering that care. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Clinical Director to help lead one of our North Carolina clinics.
This opportunity is well suited for an experienced Clinical Director or a strong BCBA who is ready to take the next step into leadership. You'll have the opportunity to develop clinicians, support clinical quality, and help shape the day-to-day clinical environment while maintaining a smaller caseload of your own.
This is an opportunity to move into meaningful clinical leadership without completely stepping away from the work that made you a great clinician.
You'll join a center-based environment with a predictable daytime schedule, a reduced caseload, strong RBT training and support, and the resources to invest in both your own development and the clinicians you lead.
Highlights include:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Director in Chapel Hill, NC.
This role combines clinical leadership, clinician development, and direct oversight of ABA programming. Rather than carrying a traditional full BCBA caseload, the Clinical Director maintains a smaller group of approximately 3–-4 learners, creating additional capacity to coach clinicians, support treatment quality, and provide leadership across the clinic.
You'll partner closely with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and operational leadership to ensure children receive high-quality, individualized ABA services while helping the clinical team continue to develop.
