We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Director supporting a growing ABA program in Maryland. This is a hands-on clinical leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys developing clinicians, strengthening clinical quality, and remaining connected to client care.

The Clinical Director will provide leadership and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs while maintaining direct clinical responsibilities. This individual will work closely with clinical and operational leadership to support high-quality service delivery, clinician development, and continued program growth.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of treatment planning, clinical documentation, supervision, and ABA best practices
• Ability to balance direct clinical responsibilities with broader leadership responsibilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills
• Previous formal leadership experience is preferred, but accomplished Senior BCBAs, Lead BCBAs, and Clinical Supervisors ready for the next step are encouraged to apply
