Job summary

Centered Health in Los Angeles offers a full-time therapist role focused on adolescents in residential treatment. You will join a supportive team with supervision from the Clinical Director and gain exposure to multiple treatment modalities. A reasonable caseload with flexibility and growth opportunities is provided at an attractive LA facility.

The role requires licensure (LMFT or LCSW) and CA BBS registration, with a mix of individual and group sessions and on-site work mon-fri 8:00–4:30.

Qualifications

This full-time role is from 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. The pay range is $100,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience.

Your Qualifications

• Licensed LMFT or LCSW, and registration with California BBS.
• A genuine desire to work with the adult population we serve.
• Understanding of counseling and other treatment procedures for mental health disorders with co-occurring substance abuse issues and/or eating disorders.
• Computer proficiency is required; experience with documentation in KIPU is highly preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and service orientation.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Solid organizational and prioritization abilities.

The Job

Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, you will work with the clinical staff in the assessment of client needs, treatment planning, and facilitation. You'll advocate for options and services to meet an individual’s mental and physical health needs through communication and available resources to promote quality cost-effective outcomes.
