FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Cumming, GA is seeking a Clinical Director for our outpatient physical therapy clinic. The role combines leadership with hands-on PT, leading daily operations, evaluating patients, and delivering high-quality orthopedic and balance rehabilitation services.

Licensed PT in Georgia with outpatient orthopedic experience will mentor staff, drive performance, ensure documentation and quality standards, and collaborate with ownership on growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and initiative
