Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Saugus, MA is seeking a Clinical Director / Physical Therapist to lead a clinic with a 1:1 patient care model and a voice in how the clinic runs.

As a licensed PT (MA) you will mentor the team, shape culture, and work with ownership to build a strong clinical program while maintaining hands-on patient care on weekdays.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts or eligible for MA licensure.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is great, but you don't necessarily need to already be a Clinical Director.
• Enjoy helping other clinicians grow and build a great clinic culture.
• Value quality care over simply increasing patient volume.
• Desire a leadership role with a voice in clinic operations.

We’re looking for a Clinical Director / Physical Therapist to join FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Saugus, MA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PT who is ready to grow into leadership—or an established leader who wants the chance to help shape a clinic and team from the ground up.

You'll still get to do what you became a PT to do — treat patients and help people get better — while also taking on a meaningful leadership role.

You'll help guide the clinical side of the practice, support and mentor your team, maintain high standards of patient care, and partner with ownership as the clinic continues to grow.
