Job summary

Groundworks New Mexico seeks a Clinical Program Administrator to oversee Clinical, Behavioral Health and Medical Services, intake and grant completion. You will partner with theDirector of Case Management Programs to supervise staff and monitor budgets while ensuring quality care and service delivery.

The role emphasizes program administration, coordination, evaluation and reporting, with opportunities to provide therapeutic services on a limited basis as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in social or behavioral sciences.
• At least 2 years of management, supervisory and/or administrative experience.
• Four years clinical experience with individuals with SDMI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical, Behavioral Health and Medical Services, Intake and Grant Completion.
• Supervise Behavioral Health programs and staff, including clinical procedures and scheduling.
• Monitor budgets and evaluate programs for quality care and reporting.
• Coordinate internal operations, provide staff training and conduct performance evaluations.
• Engage in community networking and provide program evaluation and reporting.

Job description

Responsible for Clinical, Behavioral Health and Medical Services, Intake, and Grant Completion. Works in partnership with Director of Case Management Programs. Responsibilities include program administration, community networking, internal coordination, program evaluation and reporting, supervision of staff, budget monitoring, and provision of therapeutic services on a limited basis. Other tasks as assigned

Additional Areas of Responsibility:

Administer Behavioral Health programs for the agency, with the goal of ensuring that all programs are providing quality care and support to those receiving services Responsible for direct Supervision of BH programs including clinical procedures as follows: Outpatient Therapy, CdP, Dismas House, Daily scheduling and supervision, Conduct or coordinate relevant training, Perform annual performance evaluations, Interview and select candidates for open positions.

Other Information/Requirements:

Graduate degree in social or behavioral sciences. At least 2 years of experience of management, supervisory and/or administrative experience. Four years clinical experience with individuals with SDMI. Current Licensure as Clinical Mental Health Professional (LPCC) or LISW with the State of New Mexico.

Starts at $43per hour or more depending on experience
