Job summary

Qualifications

• Has completed or is eligible for RDN/RD credential and ACEND accreditation as applicable

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments using the Nutritional Care Process (NCP) and ADIME.
• Develops and implements Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to address nutrition diagnoses.
• Performs independent record keeping and communication with care teams.
• Collaborates with Food Operations to enhance Veterans' dining experiences.
