Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly motivated **Clinical Dietitian** to join our healthcare team at **Jefferson Torresdale Hospital.** This role is suitable for a new grad, registration-eligible dietitian or a more experienced dietitian.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment, providing top-notch care to a diverse patient population. The Clinical Dietitian will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, including medical and dietary history, to develop individualized nutrition plans

+ Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families to support health and disease management

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to provide holistic patient care

+ Manage nutrition support, including tube feedings and oral supplementation.

+ Develop and implement nutrition policies and procedures to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations

+ Stay current with the latest developments in the field of nutrition and make recommendations for continuous improvement

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's or Master?s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics from an accredited institution

+ Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential or ability to obtain within 6 months

+ Dietitian License in the state of Pennsylvania or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
