Job Summary
Evaluates nutrition risk criteria, assesses nutritional status and develops and implements plan of nutrition care based on evidence based practice and diagnosis related care guidelines. Documentation is outcome oriented and supports progress toward nutrition goals. Reviews current nutrition publications and research; adapts findings to nutrition care practice and development of patient education materials.
Education
Master's Degree as required by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (effective Jan. 1, 2024) or bachelor’s degree grandfathered prior to this update Required
