Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team at Benedictine New Brighton - Innsbruck. You will assess nutritional needs, implement interventions, and collaborate with the care team to enhance residents’ quality of life.

This full-time, onsite role requires licensure, CE hours, and alignment with Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Passed a national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or eligible under Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years, in accordance with the CDR.
• Licensed or certified, per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for comprehensive assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Interact with other departments to set up procedures and policies related to dining service and nutrition.
• Participate in development, review, and revision of quality improvement programs.
