Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Clinical Dietitian I to provide nutrition services in inpatient and/or outpatient settings in the Atlanta area. The role focuses on preparing and implementing nutritional assessments with individualized care plans, and initiating medical nutrition therapy as part of the patient plan of care.

The successful candidate will act as a liaison between Nutritional Services, Medical Staff and Nursing, ensuring high-quality patient care across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Nutrition or Dietetics or other nutrition-related educational program.
• Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Current licensure as a Dietitian in the State of Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provides nutrition services in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
• Prepares and implements nutritional assessments with care plans.
• Initiates medical nutrition therapy interventions as part of the patient care plan.
• Acts as liaison between Nutritional Services, Medical Staff, Nursing Staff and other Ancillary Departments.
