Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Dietitian in the state of Ohio.
• Prior clinical nutrition experience.
• Experience teaching nutrition therapy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to accurately take and record measurements and readings.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition counseling and develop nutrition care plans for diverse patients.
• Assess nutritional needs and create nutrition plans of care.
• Screen patients for nutritional risk and provide diet and drug interaction guidance.
• Attend care conferences addressing patient nutrition needs.
• Document nutritional needs promptly, including holidays/weekends.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
