A leading healthcare organization in Minnesota seeks a Clinical Dietitian II responsible for assessing and managing patients' nutritional needs. The Clinical Dietitian II assesses patients' nutritional status using recognized assessment tools and recommends nutrition plans to improve disease or condition management. Supports and trains Clinical Dietitian I's in core responsibilities. Manages resources efficiently and participates in compliance and quality improvement efforts. Assists the Clinical Nutrition Director with coordination of services.
Essential Key Responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited dietetics program (ACEND). At least three years of acute care hospital experience with complex and specialized populations. State licensure within 3 months. Must be a CCS panel provider for pediatric nutrition care in California.
