Dignity Health is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide expert nutrition care, developing individualized plans to improve patient outcomes. You will communicate nutrition data across systems and participate in health team meetings as the resident nutrition expert.

You will implement nutrition interventions, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with Food and Nutrition Services to ensure accurate diet orders and excellent patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in ACEND-accredited dietetics program required.
• Registered Dietitian credential required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nutritional assessments using age- and culture-appropriate standards and validated tools.
• Provide customized nutrition education to patients and families.
• Develop and monitor nutrition care plans and rescreen patients as needed.
• Collaborate with Food and Nutrition Services to ensure diet order accuracy and patient satisfaction.
