• Perform nutritional assessment using age- and gender-appropriate standards and validated tools to diagnose nutrition issues.
• Implement targeted nutrition interventions and provide education to patients and families.
• Develop nutrition plans with feeding routes and prescriptions; monitor response and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with Food and Nutrition Services to enhance patient experience and ensure diet order accuracy.
