Thomas Cuisine is seeking a compassionate Clinical Dietitian to provide nutrition care for patients at Mission Community Hospital, Panorama City, CA. You will manage a patient caseload, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support recovery through evidence-based dietary practices.

Qualificações

• Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Current BLS Certification and ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork with care teams.
• Patient-centered nutrition care focus.

Responsabilidades

• Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide nutrition interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams during care conferences and discharge planning.
• Recommend and manage therapeutic, enteral, and parenteral nutrition plans.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and therapeutic diet standards.
• Support patient satisfaction through collaboration with dining services.
• Mentor dietetic interns, students, and new team members.
• Contribute ideas that enhance patient nutrition care and satisfaction.
