Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
- Knowledge of the state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document plans.
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for overall health improvement.
- Ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
