Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a clinical Registered Dietitian to assess nutritional status and develop individualized plans of care for residents. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal nutrition and resident well-being.

The role emphasizes direct assessments, family interviews, and ongoing monitoring of nutrition plans within a senior care setting. Full-time and part-time benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain current dietitian registration from the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
• Must hold a current certification and/or license in the state(s) in which they are practicing.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' nutritional status and identify nutritional risks.
• Interview residents and families to develop individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to plan nutrition services.
• Monitor meal observations to ensure appropriate intake and nutritional parameters.
