Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain current dietitian registration from the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
• Must hold current certification/licensure in the state(s) in which they are practicing.
• Nutrition documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments to identify residents' nutrition needs and those at nutritional risk.
• Interview residents and family members to obtain information for individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary and clinical teams.
• Monitor meals and presentations to ensure appropriate nutrition delivery for residents.
