Job summary

Become a clinical Registered Dietitian at Columbia Healthcare Center today! The Registered Dietitian plays an important role in enhancing the health and quality of life for our residents through nutritional assessment and collaboration with the care team to develop individualized plans.

You will work with residents, families, and staff to ensure proper nutrition, monitor meals, and support interdisciplinary care teams in delivering high-quality nutrition services across our facility.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain current dietitian registration from the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
• All Registered Dietitians will hold a current certification and/or license in the state(s) in which they are practicing.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments to identify residents' nutrition needs and those at nutritional risk.
• Interview residents, families, legal representatives, and significant others to obtain and update information for individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to deliver integrated nutrition care.
• Monitor meals and interviews with staff/residents to ensure adequate nutrition parameters.
