Job summary

Elior is seeking a registered dietitian to join our healthcare team in Pittsburgh. You will assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and enhance quality of life for residents in Kane Dietitians within our Cura-Hospitality family.

You will educate patients, collaborate with the care team, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while adhering to standards and regulations. This full-time onsite role offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Passes the national examination by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or meets eligibility requirements.
Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
Licensed or certified per state requirements.
Knowledge of regulation standards for comprehensive assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

Provide nutritional expertise to the healthcare team and educate patients/staff.
Follow standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures and policies on dining and nutrition.
Participate in continuous quality improvement programs.
