Job summary

Elior is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team in Pittsburgh at Kane Dietitians. You will identify and assess patients' nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and support quality of life aligned with patient goals.

Responsibilities include providing nutrition education, adhering to standards of practice, coordinating with care teams, and contributing to QA/QI efforts. Onsite full-time position with benefits within Cura-Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to sit for the CDR national exam or meet Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics requirements for eligibility.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years as per CDR.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for comprehensive assessments and care planning.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the healthcare team and educate patients, residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures and policies related to dining service and nutrition.
• Participate in the development, review, and revision of continuous quality improvement programs.
