Lacey Post Acute & Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Registered Dietitian to enhance patient care through specialized nutrition knowledge. You will assess nutrition needs, counsel patients on therapeutic diets, and collaborate with our culinary team to plan meals that meet individual requirements.

In this role you will tailor diets for recovery from trauma or illness, monitor patients' nutrition status, and support sanitation and safety in food preparation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Dietitian.
• Experience in customer service is highly appreciated.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines in food preparation.
• Skill in preparing meals according to specific dietary instructions.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Good physical condition and stamina to meet the demands of the role.
• Registered as a Dietitian.

Responsibilities

• Address patients' nutrition needs and monitor nutrition status.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to prepare diet-specific meals.
• Build personalized diets for patients recovering from trauma or illness.
• Counsel patients on therapeutic diets.
• Monitor inventory and support kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Deliver friendly, effective communication to ensure patient satisfaction.
