Job summary

Aramark Healthcare+ in Temple, TX is seeking a full-time Clinical Dietitian to join Baylor Scott & White- Memorial's inpatient team. The role drives nutrition care, develops individualized plans, educates patients, and collaborates with physicians, nurses, and dietitians.

New grads and experienced dietitians are welcome; the position includes growth opportunities, onboarding, and a focus on patient outcomes within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification or RD eligible.
• At least one year of clinical nutrition experience preferred.
• Licensed Dietitian status in Texas or able to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families on nutrition and healthy eating.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement nutrition care protocols.
• Monitor progress and modify plans as needed.

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Dietitian at Baylor Scott & White- Memorial in Temple, Texas. This inpatient position is a key member of the ancillary team to drive nutrition initiatives with patient care. New RDEs and experienced dietitians welcome to come and grow alongside of our team.

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Temple is a 630 bed, not-for-profit medical center located in Temple, Texas. It is a Level I Trauma Center offering specialized centers including the Cancer Center, Heart and Vascular Institute, Neuroscience Institute, and Transplant Institute.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care
• Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition
