The Opportunity
We are seeking Clinical Dietitians to join our teams at Tacoma General Hospital and Mary Bridge Children's Hospital in Tacoma, WA and Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA. If you have a Registered Dietitian Credential with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, 2+ years of nutritional/dietary experience, and have a passion for educating children and families with chronic conditions, we want to hear from you!

Position Summary
The Clinical Dietician is a collaborative opportunity on our Nutrition Services team. In this role, you will ensure MultiCare patients have the best possible nutritional health care experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team providing medical nutrition therapy.
2. Promote wellness, maintenance of current health, and/or intervene in acute or chronic illness through evidence-based practices for hospitalized and outpatient populations.
3. Assess patients' needs, make and/or revise individualized care plans, provide education and document actions in compliance with all regulatory and organization standards based on the patients' health care needs.
4. Provide outstanding customer service in support of our organizational values while serving a diverse population.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field from an accredited college or university.
2. Registered member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics preferred.
3. Registered Dietitian Credential (CDR) with Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
4. Minimum two (2) years clinical dietetics experience preferred.
