Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting personalized nutrition therapy consultations via telehealth
2. Administering evidence-based clinical protocols and delivering individualized nutrition support
3. Monitoring patient progress and adjusting plans to meet clinical goals
4. Collaborating with care teams and participating in clinical rounds
5. Documenting clinical information accurately in Electronic Medical Records
6. Supporting lifestyle changes and building trust with patients and caregivers

Requirements:

• State license in Maryland (or willingness to obtain)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics
• Completion of Accredited Dietetic Internship
• Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• 1-2 years of post-internship experience in nutrition counseling
