Under the supervision of Senior Clinical Dietitians and the Clinical Nutrition Director, and following departmental policies and standards, provides nutritional care to hospital patients. Responsibilities include interviewing patients and family members, reviewing health records, assessing nutritional needs, developing care plans, monitoring progress, documenting in electronic health records, and directing support personnel as needed.
One to two years as a Clinical Dietitian preferred.
Intermittent sitting, standing, walking; exposure to patient care environment; may lift up to 10 pounds; travel to off-site facilities may be required.
