Responsibilities

Provides patient nutritional care by assessing nutritional status, developing care plans, coordinating implementation, and evaluating outcomes. Offers nutrition education to patients and families. Approves supplements and contributes to formulary development suitable for the patient population.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience:

1. Registered Dietitian (CMS requirement) required.
2. One year healthcare experience preferred.
