NHC Place at the Trace is looking for a Registered Dietitian to join our team. Recognized nationwide as an innovator in quality extended care services, we seek a self-motivated dietitian who enjoys working with geriatrics and other healthcare patients.
The Registered Dietitian will collaborate with the Director of Food and Nutrition Services, Food and Nutrition Services Manager, and staff to ensure accurate assessment of patients' nutritional status and plan appropriate care. Responsibilities include working on MDSs, Care Plans, and coordinating with the dietary manager to meet patient needs.
