We provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients, serving Lafayette and the surrounding communities. We see patients recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Current Dietitian license or certification by the Commission on Dietetics, as required by state
• One year of hospital patient care experience preferred
