7a - 3:30p / Full Time / 40 Hours

We are actively recruiting experienced Clinical Dietitians for our Rehab Hospital and Outpatient Transplant units. The Clinical Dietitian II-IP ensures continuity of care through effective decision-making resulting in quality patient care.

• Conducts physical assessments on patients.
• Completes annual literature review related to patient care population.
• Coordinates with FNS and multidisciplinary team for efficient, quality patient care.
• Participates in Quality Improvement activities to improve patient satisfaction.
• Precepts and evaluates interns independently.
• Develops and revises internship curriculum.
• Provides guidance and training on physical assessments.
• Develops and presents nutrition information to interns and staff.
• Serves as preceptor for seminars and case studies.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and proposes solutions.
• Develops educational materials for staff, hospital, or community events.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics.
• One or more years of experience in an acute care setting as a clinical dietitian.
• Registered with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Licensed as a Dietitian in Georgia.
• Competent in adult and geriatric nutrition.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and diet management software.
