7a-7p - Full Time/ 40 Hours

We are actively recruiting Clinical Dietitians for our Rehab Hospital and Outpatient Transplant Units. The Clinical Dietitian assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates nutrition care for patients using the Nutrition Care Process. Responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, providing independent care, delivering nutrition counseling, participating in medical rounds, discharge planning, and patient care conferences. The role requires completing transplant orientation and providing nutrition care per CMS guidelines across all transplant phases. On-call, weekend, and holiday coverage are scheduled as needed. The dietitian manages diet prescriptions for oral, enteral, or parenteral nutrition based on patient needs. The role also involves:

• Effective time management and workload organization
• Participation in performance improvement projects
• Serving as a resource for nutrition evaluation and product recommendations
• Preceptor training and mentoring interns
• Maintaining professional development through CEUs and portfolio updates

Minimum Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year of experience as a clinical dietitian in relevant settings
• Credentialed as a registered dietitian with CDR
• Licensed in Georgia as a dietitian
• If not currently credentialed, must obtain RD and LD within 2 months of hire
