Qualifications

• MD/MD-PhD physician-scientist background.
• 3+ years post-grad experience in industry or academia clinical research.
• Medical residency completed; subspecialty fellowship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead early clinical development plans through human proof-of-concept.
• Collaborate with senior clinical leaders, Research, Strategy, and external advisors.
• Integrate plans with translational, nonclinical, and regulatory strategies.
• Coordinate with Project Management on timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Prepare materials for governance forums and joint steering committees.
