Job summary

The position supports multidisciplinary rounds and discharge planning to ensure safe patient care and timely flow to home or other facilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed NJ RN in good standing.
• Graduate of NLN-accredited School of Nursing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/NALS/PALS may be required for specialties.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to CDU/EXAU patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for discharge planning.
• Adhere to hospital policies and ensure patient safety and quality care.
