Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a senior Clinical Data Science leader to manage a team of Clinical Data Scientists, oversee client accounts, and ensure projects are delivered to contract terms. You will drive quality, performance and training initiatives while guiding data quality and regulatory alignment across programs.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, project management, and knowledge of drug development processes, with an ability to mentor staff and coordinate with business development

Qualifications

• BA/BS in the biological sciences, computer sciences, mathematics, or data sciences and/or related disciplines in the natural science/health care space. MS degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Line manage and develop Clinical Data Scientists in the assigned team.
• Manage client relationships for assigned accounts and meet operational targets (quality, performance, utilization, retention, training).
• Ensure project launch, conduct, and closeout activities per contract and client expectations.
• Oversee risk monitoring and data quality across programs and teams.

Education

BA/BS in biological sciences, computer sciences, mathematics, or data sciences

MS degree preferred
